Nurturing our Families with Care and Connection

Raising children can feel like part yoga, part magic, and sometimes like negotiating a peace treaty between your toddler and the family dog. We help families laugh, breathe, and thrive through holistic peer and wellness support designed to strengthen emotional resilience, build parenting confidence, and honor cultural traditions.

Families receive one-on-one peer guidance, practical parenting strategies, and coordinated care to navigate the ups, downs, and occasional “why is there sand in the fridge?” moments of parenthood. Our wellness offerings from yoga and meditation to culturally aligned health talks and prayer circles help parents recharge, manage stress, and care for themselves while caring for their little ones.

Key Offerings:

  • One-on-one peer support and emotional guidance

  • Post-partum Home Care and Childcare Services

  • Parenting education and practical strategies

  • Wellness sessions, including yoga and culturally aligned talks

  • Care planning and case management led by our intake team

We provide two evidence-based parenting programs that incorporate attachment-centered play therapy to support strong parent-child bonds:

  • NCAST programs: Research-backed tools and curricula that enhance parent-child interactions and promote children’s social, emotional, and cognitive development.

  • Circle of Security (COS) curriculum: Practical, facilitator-led training to help parents understand children’s attachment needs and respond in ways that build secure, loving relationships.

Supporting Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD)

We provide personalized, home and community-based support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Charlotte, Salisbury, China Grove, Huntersville, Cornelius, Pineville, Davidson, and more. Our services focus on building daily living skills, fostering social connections, and promoting emotional and physical wellness, including activities that encourage movement, mindfulness, and creative expression. Families and caregivers receive guidance, training, and respite support to reduce stress and strengthen their capacity to nurture. Through person-centered planning, advocacy, and culturally aligned programs, we empower individuals with IDD such as Autism to thrive in their communities, achieve personal goals, and enjoy a fulfilling, supported life.
